The location was great and unbeatable - near an oceanarium and bars. There was a great restaurant at walking distance from the hotel. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a complimentary coffee and a storage space.

What a fantastic stay, no complaints. Lovely hotel in a great area just next door to many restaurants and bars and aquarium and riverfront. Beautiful rooms for storage etc for property guests. Outdoor bar with complementary drinks.

The hotel was unique and stunningly beautiful and the staff were efficient. The room was compact and new-fashioned with a window that opened onto the city. Everything was nice as expected, but the bathroom was cold. Liked our good stay there a lot.

Amazing and fantastic location in the middle of jackson, and only about 10 minutes' walk to Chattanooga centre. The rooms for storage etc. Nice clean facilities there.

Clean, traditional hotel, I truly enjoyed clean rooms and impeccable staff. My room included a free coffee and a storage space. The venue was situated in the central location to riverfront.
The bed was too firm, unfortunately.

Lovely accommodation with favourable setting close enough to South End restaurants, loads of cool dining options and everything-food, shopping, aquarium. Absolutely perfect and beautiful room with nice bathroom and feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows. The beds exceptionally comfortable.

I greatly enjoyed compact rooms for storage etc and great staff. The hotel has unbeatable location right by many restaurants and breweries, restaurants, clubs, and the Chattanooga Choo Choo. Popped in Tupelo Honey for shots before sleep, it was a 10-15 minute walk from the venue.
